AB0242 IMPACT OF DISEASE ACTIVITY ON SLEEP DISORDERS IN RHEUMATHOID ARTHRITIS: A CROSS SECTIONAL STUDY ABOUT 100 PATIENTS

Background Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an inflammatory autoimmune disease, characterized by joint pain, swelling in period of active disease and poor sleep. Objectives The present study aims to evaluate the sleep disorders RA patients determine their relationship with activity. Methods This a cross sectional including followed rheumatology department at TAHER SFAR university hospital Mahdia. All were diagnosed based on 2010ACR/EULAR criteria. For each patient, we evaluated Epworth sleepiness scale (ESS) [0-24] Pitsburg score [0-21] its 7components. Results We included 100 participants mean age 53,2 ±11,2 years [21-76 years] which most them (89%) female. average duration diseases was 11,1±8,9 [1- 40 years]. assessment activity showed DAS28(ESR) DAS28(CRP) 3.88±1.19 [1-6.15] 4.6 ±1.19 respectively. Highly (DAS 28 ≥ 5.1) found 34 patients. 7,9±5,6 [0-24], (28% cases) had signs daytime (ESS 11 points).
